Since 1984, Ames Industries has provided Precision Tooling and Injection Molding Design-Build-Run Solutions for a multitude of plastic products. At our 30,000 square feet facility, Ames Industries provides product design, mold design, mold build, injection molding, decorating, assembly, and inspection services.

Proven Process

From a customer submitted sample or product drawing, our highly skilled machinists prepare cost estimates, design the mold, and oversee the construction of precision tools for a wide range of custom product requirements.

Design, Build, Run

At Ames Industries, processing a wide variety of thermoplastic-engineered resins is accomplished with a full compliment of plastic injection molding machines. After start-up acceptability verification is attained, molded parts are inspected every hour to assure the mold is producing parts that conform to strict customer specifications. Finished parts are packaged (bar coding available) and shipped based on customer order specifications.
