Jeff Williams
President
Appointed President of Ames Industries in 2020, Jeff brings over two decades of leadership, operational, and strategic expertise to the role. Since joining the company in 2001, he has held progressive leadership positions—including General Manager—where he played a pivotal role in driving organizational growth, operational excellence, and customer-centric innovation.
Jeff holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Penn State Capital Campus and combines his technical background with a forward-thinking leadership style to position Ames Industries as a trusted partner in precision injection molding.
Beyond the office, Jeff is actively engaged in community initiatives and enjoys quality time with family and friends in Florida.
Nathan Waiwada
Vice President
Nathan was appointed Vice President of Ames Industries in 2020, bringing a strategic blend of engineering acumen, project leadership, and market development expertise to the executive team. Since joining the company in 2013, he has been instrumental in driving sustainable sales growth, expanding the company’s footprint across established and emerging sectors.
Previously serving as Director of Development and Sustainability, Nathan led cross-functional initiatives focused on product innovation, operational efficiency, and customer engagement. His leadership continues to guide Ames Industries’ commercial strategy and long-term market positioning.
Nathan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), underscoring his technical rigor and disciplined approach to execution.
Wade June
Plant Manager
As Plant Manager since 2018, Wade has been the driving force behind the operational performance and daily execution of manufacturing at Ames Industries. With deep-rooted expertise in injection molding and a broad command of plant-floor systems, Wade oversees all aspects of production, including press scheduling, tooling coordination, workforce management, and lean implementation.
He is a graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology with a degree in Plastics and Polymer Engineering, and brings a pragmatic, hands-on leadership style that ensures both output and quality targets are met reliably.
Known for his technical fluency and calm under pressure, Wade plays a critical role in ensuring operational continuity and customer satisfaction. Outside of work, he is actively involved in his church community and enjoys riding motorcycles as a way to recharge.
Tom Correll
Engineering Manager
Tom has served as Engineering Manager at Ames Industries since 2015, where he has been instrumental in building and advancing the company’s Engineering Department. With over four decades of experience in mechanical design, system automation, and mechatronic integration, Tom provides deep technical leadership and strategic oversight across product development, tool design, and process engineering initiatives.
His expertise spans the full lifecycle of injection molding—from concept and CAD modeling to automation deployment and manufacturing scale-up. Tom is known for driving innovation in tooling solutions and production automation that increase efficiency, reduce cycle times, and ensure part quality.
Beyond his engineering leadership, Tom is a dedicated mentor and team builder. In his personal time, he is an avid outdoorsman and softball coach, bringing the same discipline and passion to the field as he does to the shop floor.
Minh Nguyen
Quality Manager
Minh was appointed Quality Manager at Ames Industries in 2023, following his tenure as Senior Quality Inspector. Since joining the company in 2021, he has played a key role in reinforcing a culture of quality and operational discipline, ensuring full adherence to Ames’ Quality Management System and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Certified in Six Sigma (Green Belt), Minh brings a data-driven approach to root cause analysis, corrective action implementation, and process improvement initiatives. His background in inventory control and production operations gives him a well-rounded perspective on quality assurance throughout the entire manufacturing value stream.
Minh is known for his hands-on leadership style, cross-functional collaboration, and focus on continuous improvement. Outside of his professional role, he pursues his passions in farming and culinary arts.
Jessica Boozer
Customer Assurance Manager
Promoted to Customer Assurance Manager in 2019, Jessica brings over 15 years of customer-facing experience to her role, with a strong emphasis on proactive communication, issue resolution, and long-term relationship management. Since joining Ames Industries in 2006, she has been a cornerstone of the customer service function—ensuring that client expectations are met with precision, responsiveness, and integrity.
Jessica leads our customer assurance efforts with a commitment to transparency and continuous feedback, acting as the primary liaison between internal operations and external stakeholders. Her in-depth understanding of our products, systems, and service protocols allows her to advocate effectively for customer needs while supporting operational excellence.
Beyond her professional role, Jessica is actively engaged in her local community through her auxiliary club and volunteer work at the humane society, reflecting her dedication to service in and outside of the workplace.
