Jeff Williams
President
Jeff was appointed President of Ames Industries in 2020, following his successful tenure as General Manager. Since joining the company in 2001, Jeff has taken on various roles, contributing to the company’s growth and success. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Penn State Capital Campus. Outside of work, Jeff is actively involved in the community and enjoys spending quality time with family and friends in Florida.
Nathan Waiwada
Vice President
Nathan was appointed Vice President of Ames Industries in 2020, following his role as Director of Development and Sustainability. Since joining the company in 2013, Nathan has played a key role in shaping and executing the vision for sales growth across both existing and emerging market sectors. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and is PMP certified, bringing a strong technical and project management background to his leadership role.
Wade June
Plant Manager
Wade joined Ames Industries in 2018 as Plant Manager and has been a key contributor to the development and upkeep of our production facility. With extensive experience in injection molding and various manufacturing disciplines, Wade brings a wealth of knowledge to his role. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology, where he earned a degree in Plastics and Polymer Engineering. Outside of work, Wade is an active church member and enjoys riding motorcycles in his free time.
Tom Correll
Engineering Manager
Tom joined Ames Industries in 2015 as Engineering Manager and played a pivotal role in developing the company’s Engineering Department. With over 40 years of experience in mechanical design, system automation, and mechatronics, Tom brings a wealth of expertise to his position. Outside of his professional accomplishments, Tom is an avid hunter and enjoys coaching softball.
Minh Nguyen
Quality Manager
Minh was appointed Quality Manager at Ames Industries in 2023, following his role as Senior Quality Inspector. Since joining the company in 2021, Minh has earned his Six Sigma Green Belt certification and has been instrumental in ensuring that all operations align with our Quality Management System and meet ISO 9001:2015 standards. With a background in inventory and production, transitioning to quality management was a natural progression for Minh. Outside of work, he has a passion for farming and culinary arts.
Jessica Boozer
Customer Assurance Manager
Jessica was promoted to Customer Assurance Manager in 2019, after serving as a Customer Service Representative. Since joining Ames Industries in 2006, she has been a vital part of our customer communication team, ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction. Jessica is also deeply involved in her community as an active member of her auxiliary club and regularly volunteers at the local humane society.
