Ames employs a rigorous in-process quality assurance protocol to ensure consistent part conformance and process stability. Production parts are inspected at defined hourly intervals using statistically driven sampling plans, while daily start-up and end-of-run (“last shot”) inspections are conducted to verify process integrity at critical transition points.
Our quality management system is supported by advanced metrology equipment and trained personnel capable of executing a broad range of dimensional and visual inspections, including but not limited to:
- APQP
- PPAP
- Process Flow Inspections
- GR&R
- Cap Studies
