Ames Industries builds intricate, close tolerance molds for a multitude of custom products. Our state-of-the-art production equipment enables every job to follow a smooth, error-free progression from beginning to end.

Within our in-plant tool shop, CNC machines, along with additional industry standard equipment are utilized in the fabrication of molds.  During the mold build process, these resources allow us to hold the close tolerances needed in the tooling.
At Ames Industries, processing a wide variety of thermoplastic-engineered resins is accomplished with a full compliment of plastic injection molding machines.  After start-up acceptability verification is attained and molded parts are inspected every hour.  This assures the mold is producing parts, which conform to strict customer specifications.  Finished parts are packaged (bar coding available) and shipped based on customer order specifications.
